General Terms & Conditions
By using 256 bd's website and services, you automatically agree to these terms. These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and 256 bd reserves the right to modify them at any time. If changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform, and your continued use will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Our services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be closed immediately.
All information, guides, and analysis provided on our platform are published for informational purposes only. 256 bd does not guarantee any specific outcome and the platform is not responsible for users' own decisions. You acknowledge that gaming activities carry financial risk and that you are participating with full awareness.
Account Registration & Use
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration — 256 bd reserves the right to cancel accounts if false information is provided. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
We may request a national ID card or other valid documents for account verification. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete. We comply with applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) policies in Bangladesh.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, we support mobile banking and approved payment methods available in Bangladesh. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the rules set on the platform. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process. Deposited funds will only be returned to the account holder's own payment method. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 256 bd reserves the right to suspend payment until verification is completed.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud, manipulation, or any activity intended to harm other users on the platform is strictly prohibited. Accessing the platform or gaining advantages using automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or attempting to breach the platform's security systems is prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.
Responsible Gaming
256 bd places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life or financial situation, take a break immediately and seek support. Limitation of Liability
256 bd provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit. 256 bd is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. Any financial or other losses resulting from a user's own decisions and actions are entirely the user's responsibility. We always strive to improve service quality, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Applicable laws of Bangladesh will govern any disputes or complaints.
